Then add dibutyltin dilaurate as a catalyst at a dosage of 0.1% by mass of the diisocyanate monomer. React the mixture at 50-70°C for 2-4 hours to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer. 2. Prepare polysorbate-modified super hydrophilic prepolymer: Dissolve polysorbate in organic solvent B and add it to the prepared polyurethane prepolymer, with a concentration of polysorbate at 50% in the mixed solution. The molar ratio of polysorbate to diisocyanate monomer is 0.5:1-1:1. React this mixture at 50-70°C for 2-4 hours to obtain the polysorbate-modified super hydrophilic prepolymer. 3. Prepare super hydrophilic transparent anti-fog coating: Mix the polysorbate-modified super hydrophilic prepolymer with reactive diluents and photoinitiators uniformly, where the photoinitiator accounts for 1-2% of the mass of the super hydrophilic prepolymer. Add an appropriate amount of reactive diluent to maintain the viscosity between 3000-6000 cps at 25°C.
