(2) Prepare the sulfonate-containing polyacrylate by mixing the appropriate amounts of butyl methacrylate, methyl methacrylate, octyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, itaconic acid, thioglycol, and dodecyl mercaptan to make mixture I; In another container, dissolve the appropriate amounts of ally ether sulfate and azobisisobutyronitrile hydrochloride in acetone to make mixture II; Add 10% by weight of mixture I and 20% by weight of mixture II into the reaction kettle, stir, heat to 90°C and maintain for 60 min, then control the remaining mixtures I and II to be added dropwise within 4 hours, hold for 1.5 hours, cool to 50°C, and add 1.5 parts of triethylamine for neutralization to obtain sulfonate-containing polyacrylate. (3) Prepare the aqueous dispersion: Add 1.3 times the weight of deionized water to the obtained sulfonate-containing polyacrylate to emulsify, resulting in sulfonate-containing polyacrylate aqueous dispersion with a white, translucent appearance, solid content of 35%, average particle size of 176 nm, and viscosity at 25°C of 5000 CP."
