"protocol": "1. Combine 80-100 g of water-based resin emulsion, 10-30 g of crosslinking agent, and 10-30 g of anti-fog modifier. 2. Synthesize the anti-fog modifier by performing an addition reaction between the octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (as shown in formula (1)) and a polyether containing epoxy propylene and epoxy ethylene chains (as shown in formula (2)). 3. Conduct the addition reaction in a solvent selected from one or more of benzene, toluene, butyl glycol ether, ethyl acetate, and tetrahydrofuran. 4. Use a catalyst such as platinum, nickel, or gold, preferably chloroplatinic acid, with an amount of 1-3 wt% of the octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane. 5.
