Another 1000 mL three-necked flask is taken, and 133.3 g (0.6 mol) of isophorone diisocyanate and 0.2 g (0.05 wt%) of dibutyltin dilaurate are added while stirring; then, mix 300.0 g (0.6 mol) of polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 500 until fully dissolved, transfer to a constant pressure drop funnel, and slowly add to the flask at room temperature (the reaction is highly exothermic, control the drop rate to avoid local overheating). After the addition is complete, continue reacting at room temperature for 30 minutes, then raise to 70 degrees Celsius and react until the isocyanate (-NCO) content of the mixture reaches the theoretical value (measured by hydrochloric acid dibutylamine method) to obtain prepolymer 2. Add prepolymer 1 and continue the reaction until the isocyanate (-NCO) content is zero to obtain hydrophilic cyclic polysiloxane, then cool, dry, and store sealed."
